Various rental spaces are available at St. Robert Bellarmine Parish Hall. The St. Robert Bellarmine Parish Hall is available only by reservation with our Hall Coordinator MaryAnne Danyluk, at 860-254-5497.

Terms and General Information 

Any individual or group wishing to rent St. Robert Bellarmine Hall is requested to read all terms and conditions prior to booking a date. Information on rental fees, deposits, and insurance are included in this document along with specifications for seating capacity, use of kitchen equipment, set-up and clean-up, and audio equipment. The parish has the right to accept or reject any booking request. St Robert hall is not available for wedding receptions. It is a non-smoking facility. 

Limited liability insurance coverage is available through the Archdiocese of Hartford for a fee of $100 per event.  The certificate of insurance must be presented 15 days before the event. Please see the St. Robert Bellarmine Hall Contract for coverage exclusions.

The Gathering Space at St. Robert Hall provides a welcoming atmosphere.

Two conference rooms are available for large or small meetings.

The main hall offers lecture hall seating for up to 350 people or dinner seating for 250. Round tables (seating 10) and rectangular tables are available.
